Do you want the skills to stay out of trouble? Do you want to learn practical solutions if you get into difficulty? Do you want to learn the tools to solve common paddling issues in a sheltered water environment? Then the Paddlesport Safety and Rescue course is for you! This course will support you to build on your confidence and decision making.
This is a one day course or can be spread over a couple of sections over a number of days. Areas that are covered are:
- Clothing and Equipment
- Safety Frameworks / Principles
- Towing
- Deep water rescues
