Andy has been involved in the Outdoor industry for the last 20 years, working for Outdoor Residential Centres here in the UK and further afield. Spending time in France, Italy, Spain, Canada and Australia. Through this time he has spent time teaching a variety of activities and gaining qualifications as Single pitch Assessed climbing Instructor, Dinghy Instructor, Powerboat Instructor, BCU level 3 kayak, Canoe Coach, BCAB Level 3 SUP Coach and PADI Divemaster. Through his passion for Coaching, this has allowed him to venture to some amazing places. Andy can be found on his time off on water with the Sea Cadets teaching Paddlesports, Sailing and Powerboating. His love for coaching can be seen on the water and his relaxed and comforting approach to coaching and guiding puts all at ease.
